I went from competing in hackathons to helping run one.
At Hackmageddon Chapter 1, I worked as an event coordinator across a 36-team, approximately 180-participant event.
The goal was also to make the event feel like a community experience rather than only a coding competition. That was a meaningful change in perspective.
